2 week intensive Yoga retreat in Rishikesh
Welcoming you to the beauty of Himalayas and Shivalik mountains.
This is a customised expedition to the Himalayan and Shivalik mountain ranges inside of India along with a insight to some of the famous monuments in India. The yoga retreat is focussed on Hatha yoga, styles of yoga and deep meditation. All practices will be in nature either next to Ganga river or in a space with open air. Each day a light breakfast of fruits, tea/coffee, and some snack is provided. This retreat focusses on inner development not only physically but mentally. There will be session during tea time, for self development and positive thinking.
Day 1 -
After breakfast start early morning journey to Tapovan by flight. Reach Shivalik mountains in Dehradun and taxi to Tapovan. Night in Tapovan.
Day 2 -
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning. A meet and greet with the Yoga teach Shiva who will take Hatha yoga session by the Ganga river at 5:30- 7:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8:30 AM.
Evening session for Core Hatha yoga from 5 PM - 6: 30 PM
Pranayam + Meditation session for enhancement of breathing and relaxation from 9-10 PM.
Day 3 -
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning for a warm up and then Core Hatha yoga session by the Ganga river at 5:30-7:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8 AM.
- @ 10 AM Hike to the waterfall and enjoy the day climbing mountain to swim and relax in waterfall.
Deep relaxation and Meditation session from 9-10 PM
Day 4 -
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning for a warm up and then Hatha yoga session, followed by APM - Asana + Pranayam + Meditation session by the Ganga river at 5:30-8:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @ 9:30 AM.
- Rest by the Ganges swim in the river, and walk around rishikesh city during afternoon.
Meditation session from 9-10 PM
Day 5 -
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning for a warm up and then Hatha yoga session by the Ganga river at 5:30-7:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8 AM.
Evening session for Core Hatha yoga from 5 PM - 6: 30 PM
Evening tea
Meditation session from 9-10 PM
Day 6-
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning for a warm up and then Hatha yoga session by the Ganga river at 5:30-7:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8 AM
- early morning leave for river rafting in the Ganga and swim in the Ganga, whole day rafting event.
Evening session for Core Hatha yoga from 7 PM - 8 : 30 PM
Evening tea and talk by the Ganges.
Day 7 -
This day is off from Yoga as early morning a bus will drive you to the spot where you will hike for about 8 km to reach the point to see the Himalayan mountains.
Day 8 -
- Wake up at 5 AM in morning for a warm up and then Hatha yoga session, followed by APM - Asana + Pranayam + Meditation session by the Ganga river at 5:30-8:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8 AM.
- Walk around rishikesh city during afternoon for any shopping,etc.
Evening session for Core Hatha yoga from 5 PM - 6: 30 PM
Meditation session from 9-10 PM
Day 9 -
- APM - Asana + Pranayam + Meditation session by the Ganga river at 5:30-7:00AM.
- Head to the hotel for breakfast @8:30 AM.
- Day trip to Hariwar city where mansa Devi temple, is located on a mountain, we will take cable cars to go to the top of mountain.
Evening session for Core Hatha yoga from 5 PM - 6: 30 PM
Day 10 -
Last morning session for 1 hour for meditation and deep relaxation.
A free day to walk around and finish any shopping, visit to the beetles ashram.
Day 11 -
Fly back to New Delhi to take your flight back to Bucharest.
